The natural oak / walnut wood beams used for this product are hygienic, durable and stable.

The Forster Home bread cutting board was made of FSC certified oak or walnut wood and powder-coated stainless steel.

Cleaning

For cleaning, use a damp cloth and gently wipe the board, or rinse it with warm water and mild soap, then let it dry thoroughly. The crumb catcher is firmly anchored to the cutting board and therefore cannot be removed.
